Your Data Rights Under GDPR

As a European-based company, SKÅNE HOST fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page explains your rights and how to exercise them.

1. Right to Access (Article 15)

You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We will provide:

• Categories of data processed
• Purpose of processing
• Recipients of data
• Retention periods
• Your rights information

Response time: Within 30 days

2. Right to Rectification (Article 16)

You can update or correct your personal data at any time:

• Via your account settings
• By contacting support

3. Right to Erasure / "Right to be Forgotten" (Article 17)

You can request deletion of your personal data. This includes:

• Account information
• Server data
• Support history

Exceptions: We may retain data required for legal obligations (billing records, fraud prevention).

4. Right to Data Portability (Article 20)

You can receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON/CSV). This includes:

• Account information
• Server configurations
• Usage history

5. Right to Restrict Processing (Article 18)

You can request that we limit how we use your data in certain situations.

6. Right to Object (Article 21)

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds.

Data Export Tool

You can download your data directly from your dashboard:

1. Go to Settings
2. Click "Privacy & Data"
3. Select "Export My Data"
