Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SKÅNE HOST services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

SKÅNE HOST provides game server hosting services, including but not limited to:

• Virtual and dedicated game server hosting
• Server management and control panels
• DDoS protection and security services
• Backup and recovery services
• Technical support

3. Account Registration

To use certain Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Host, distribute, or link to illegal content
• Conduct DDoS attacks or other malicious activities
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining without authorization
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Payment and Billing

• All prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK) or Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are due in advance for the service period
• Refunds are available within 48 hours of initial purchase for new customers
• No refunds for partial months or service violations
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our Services. If we fail to meet this commitment, you may be eligible for service credits:

• 99.0% - 99.9% uptime: 10% credit
• 95.0% - 99.0% uptime: 25% credit
• Below 95.0% uptime: 50% credit

Credits must be requested within 7 days of the incident.

7. Data and Backups

• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
• We provide automated backup tools but do not guarantee backup integrity
• We are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure or user error

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time. We may terminate immediately for Terms violations. Upon termination:

• Your access to Services will be revoked
• Your data may be deleted after 7 days
• No refunds for remaining service periods (except first 48 hours)

9. Limitation of Liability

SKÅNE HOST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
